Yippa is the portfolio of Seattle-based graphic designer, Kien Tseng, who after spending several years in Tokyo, decided to start a company doing print and web design for clients all over the galaxy. Sunny Hills Services is an organization that treats emotionally and mentally disturbed, abused, and neglected children from the Bay Area. The annual report reflects their professionalism and focus on providing care for children. Each page also had flaps that folded open to reveal more information.
